My Story
I have not been discovered by a certain person, but have been known since ancient times. I have been existence since the early 1700's. Although no scientist really discovered me I have been worked on and been in expirements due to the French chemist Nicolas Lemery.

I am used in semi-conducter technology to make things such as infrared detectors.
I increase the hardness in alloys.
I am in everyday things such as batteries to as complex as tracer bullets.
